Terms and Conditions for Booking and Cancellation
1. Booking Terms

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability upon successful payment or deposit.

Payment: A minimum deposit of 50% or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

2. Amendments

Amendments to a booking (e.g., change of date, time, or number of guests) must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations:

More than 48 hours before booking: Full refund or free reschedule.

Less than 48 hours before the appointment: No refund.

No-shows: Failure to attend without notice will result in full forfeiture of payment.

Company-Initiated Cancellations:

In the unlikely event we must cancel your booking, you will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within three business days of the cancellation confirmation.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.). In such cases, we will work with customers to reschedule or provide credit for future use.
6. Special Requests
Any special requirements (dietary needs, accessibility, etc.) should be communicated at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee availability.
