Supporting Your Mental Wellbeing

At Sakura Wellness Aesthetics, we believe wellbeing starts with feeling calm, supported, and cared for. Our clinic has been designed as a peaceful sanctuary where you can take time for yourself, unwind, and reset away from everyday pressures.

Our wellbeing services complement our clinical treatments by focusing on relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional balance - helping you feel more grounded, refreshed, and restored.

A Safe, Supportive Space

Mental wellbeing can affect anyone, at any stage of life. With many years of experience working within the medical profession, our approach is compassionate, understanding, and confidential.

While our treatments are not a replacement for medical or psychological care, we recognise the importance of taking time out for yourself. During your visit, you’ll always be listened to, treated with respect, and supported in a calm, professional environment.

If you wish to talk about any concerns during your appointment, we are here to listen and where appropriate, we can gently signpost you to specialist services or professional support networks.

Our aim is simple: to help you feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while supporting your overall wellbeing.

Supporting Your Wellbeing FAQs

What is the purpose of your wellbeing services?

Our wellbeing services are designed to give you time and space to slow down, relax, and recharge. Modern life can feel busy and overwhelming, and many people struggle to find moments of calm. Our treatments focus on soothing the body, easing tension, and promoting a sense of relaxation and balance.

They work alongside our Advanced Skin and Aesthetic Treatments as part of a holistic approach to wellbeing. While many clients leave feeling calmer, more rested, and uplifted, our wellbeing treatments are purely supportive, they are not designed to diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions.

Are your wellbeing treatments suitable for everyone?

In most cases, yes however, your safety is always our priority.

Before any treatment, we carry out a thorough consultation where we discuss your health history, current medications, and any concerns you may have. This allows us to adapt treatments where necessary, or advise if something may not be suitable.

For example, certain treatments may need to be adjusted if you have:

  • cardiovascular conditions
  • recent surgery
  • skin sensitivities or active infections
  • pregnancy
  • ongoing medical treatment

Where appropriate, we may recommend seeking advice from your GP before booking. Our aim is always to ensure your experience is comfortable, safe, and tailored to your needs.

Do your wellbeing treatments help with diagnosed mental health conditions?

Our wellbeing services may help you feel calmer, more relaxed, and more rested, which some people find beneficial alongside other care. However, they are not intended to treat, manage, or replace support for diagnosed mental health conditions.

Conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or any other diagnosed concern should always be managed with guidance from qualified healthcare professionals.

We position our treatments as supportive self-care, not as therapy or clinical intervention. If you ever feel unsure, we are always happy to discuss whether a treatment is appropriate and encourage you to seek medical advice if needed.

Is my appointment confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is extremely important to us.

All personal details, consultation notes, and discussions are handled professionally and stored securely in line with medical and industry standards.

The only rare exception would be if we were concerned about:

  • your immediate safety
  • the safety of someone else
  • something we are legally obliged to report

In those circumstances, we would always aim to discuss this with you first. Our goal is to create a respectful, private space where you feel comfortable and at ease throughout your visit.
